All orders are processed and shipped within 5–7 business days from the date of purchase. Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location and courier service availability.

Exchange & Store Credit

We take pride in ensuring every Rugstar carpet meets the highest standards of craftsmanship. However, we understand that exchanges may sometimes be necessary.

  • Refunds: As a brand policy, we do not offer refunds on any products once sold.
  • Exchange: Products may be exchanged for a replacement item or a store credit note (valid for future purchases).

Eligibility

To qualify for an exchange, items must be:

  • Unused and unwashed
  • In their original condition with tags intact
  • Requested within 7 days of delivery
