Delivery Timeline
All orders are processed and shipped within 5–7 business days from the date of purchase. Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location and courier service availability.

Exchange & Store Credit
We take pride in ensuring every Rugstar carpet meets the highest standards of craftsmanship. However, we understand that exchanges may sometimes be necessary.
- Refunds: As a brand policy, we do not offer refunds on any products once sold.
- Exchange: Products may be exchanged for a replacement item or a store credit note (valid for future purchases).
Eligibility
To qualify for an exchange, items must be:
- Unused and unwashed
- In their original condition with tags intact
- Requested within 7 days of delivery
